While I've visited the tower several times on visits to Paris, I don't remember anything unusual about the top observation deck beyond the thick, dirty glass and the maps explaining what you're seeing. Another person on here has accused me of lying about having visited Paris because I can't come up with this detail.
Here's the accusation, "And, since you have had so many "memorable moments" at the top of the Eiffel Tower - tell me what unusual thing is there? If you have been there, you could not have missed what I am refering to." (She misspelled referring, I didn't.)
