What unlocked GSM phone to buy?

I'm looking for a GSM phone I can get for under 175$ unlocked. Should be flip, have a camera and decent screen and reception. Must be quad band. Currently I'm thinking of buying a Razr V3 for 160$ off eBay, but what are some other good phones in this price range?

If you're looking to save a bit of money, the Sony-Ericsson Z520a (as well as the Motorola V635 the poster above mentioned) should be available for well under $175. I've seen people selling them locally for under $120 recently.
