The University of Western Kentucky has a center for cave research. I don't believe they have an actual graduate degree in biospeology but keep in mind that graduate degrees are tailored to suit your research interests, it's more important to find a faculty member as your advisor who has similar research interests than to find a program specifically called "Biospeleology".
