...behind stockade fence? I bought a survey for a house I am thinking of buying. Today I walked by and one of the posts with the pink flag is about 2 - 3 feet inside neighbor's yard behind a stockade fence. I asked my attorney but the survey has not yet reached his office.
What typically happens in this case? I would not want to get off on the wrong foot with a new neighbor. Taxes are very high and I don't want to pay property taxes for part of his yard. I have not closed yet.
I sure like the idea of reducing property taxes. I will ask my attorney.
