I have yet to hire a lawyer and we are still going through pretrials. I will hire a lawyer but I don't have much money to throw at this so I am saving it for when I need it the most.
In the meantime can I subpoena her records myself? For example I know she does not have a drivers license. Can I subpoena that information from her? I know she is epileptic and diabetic. Can I subpoena that information? I know one of the persons she has living with her recently gave up her own child to adoption. Can I subpoena that? I know they don't have garbage pickup at the house. Can I subpoena that information?
