well it actually depends on how long you're willing to jog (:
uhmmm, i recommend granola bars or cereal because these are light breakfasts and good for your diet/health !

Well definitely drink some water, but not a lot of water, because then you could get a side ache while jogging. Be sure to eat some carbs, because that gives you energy. I play soccer and my coach always tells us to eat lots of carbs before games, so our energy will be high. Carbs would include anything with grain... so toast, bread, noodles, bagels, or pancakes. also, be sure to eat some fruit too, like strawberries or celery. be sure to not eat to much though, because nothing ruins a jog like vomiting all over.

have a nice jog!

i try to run a mile every morning and i eat after i run. some people like to eat before to give them energy so i suggest fruit or cereal, nothing heavy. if you choose cereal stay away from the milk if you can. you could also make toast or a bagel.

uhm its not really good to eat before you run i am a trainer and you should not eat before you exercise but when you get back have protein such as an egg and milk. or beef but dont eat huge meals for bfast eat big lunch and some what large dinner
