What types of Food can my Hamsters eat?

Hi everyone.
I have 3 Dwarf Hamsters and I was wondering what kinds of fresh food would be ok for them to eat?
Also is there any special preping that I would need to do with any of the food?

when you give them food u prmarily want to stick with pellets that look all the same other wise they could get reall obese and die like my hampster. give them fresh food for treat6s like pieces of bananas or grapes. (they get obese because they tend to want to eat the junk food)
