What types of activities would cause me to get a charge from AT&T's Media Net?

My cell phone plan has a pay per use with AT&T's Media Net. I don't access the Internet using my phone, althought I do have that capability. However, I'm still getting charges. All I'm doing is talking, texting, and sending an occassional picture. I have unlimited messaging so all of those things are noot charged. I have called AT&T but they can only tell me that I'm somehow and for some reason accessing the Internet but they can't give me the details I need. Any suggestions?

if your picture/video is over 300 or 600 KB, that is when you'll be charged for internet usage.
