What type of witchcraft do Wiccans practice?

Now, I completely respect your beliefs, don't get me wrong. I'm just honestly curious. Is it a meditative type of thing to connect with nature/a god and/or goddeses? Or are there actual spells and such? Or a combination?
I know not all Wiccans practice witchcraft
