What type of transmission is in my 1999 cadillac escalade 5.7L 4x4 with AWD option?

get the vin.. it would be alot easier to look up that way.. little things change from plant to plant, month to month.. the vin will be absolutely accurate.. then you or anyone else could look it up..
 
That should be a 4L60E transmission unless it is a 2500 series then it could be the 4L80E. One of these codes should be on the options code list in the glove box or on the drivers door pillar. If you cant find it there you can Google your VIN number and the options will be listed on there. Hope this helps.
