What type of street bike is good for a 16 year old girl?

What is the best type of street bike for a 16 year old girl? Like a 150 cc? A 200cc? Or what? And also what brand of bike. Kawasaki? Or what? I'm not talking about a big Harley or anything I just mean like more of a street bike like more of a dirt bike not a big huge motorcycle
 
I would say a 250cc bike. It will be good for you and I would say the best option being a sport bike would be 250r ninja. The 09 looks real sporty and is good for a beginner. Also take the motorcycle safety course if you already haven't.
