Zebra danios? I just bought 10 and they seem quite social

Oh oh oh, I LOVE my rummynose tetras. I have a huge angelfish and she cant eat them because they're too big.

Otherwise Hengeli/Harlequin Rasboras if you like black/white

Im not sure about your other fish but Barbs as in Tiger barbs are excellent for schooling fish i love them i have 10 of them in my 65 gallon they are so cool to watch as they fallow one another

i am looking at adding a school of tetras to my tank however im wondering what to go for -

i have 4 dwarf gouramis and a small angel fish at the moment so i know that neons are out of the question as they might be eaten by the angel!

why do angels eat them? is it due to there bright colour?

also what other small schooling fish could i get?

thanks
the 4 dwarf gouramis are amazin! 2 blue and 2 honey i have and they have paird up and all get along. 3 female and 1 male, if you have more than 1 male thats when you get trouble!
couldnt cope with tiger barbs, they are ok on there own but they are fin nipers and would torment the gouramis! think i want a peaceful tank!!

My favourites are the rummy-nose tetras, but I'm not sure if they'll become lunch to your angel once it gets large. They eat them simply because they are small enough to fit in their mouth - many/most fish are like this.

Go for larger tetras:
* Black neon tetra
* Strawberry tetra
* Emperor tetra
* Blood fin tetra

There are also congo tetras and serpae tetras, but they are known for minor fin nipping.

you have 4 dwarf gouramis? don't they all attack each other? i've been told that there should only be one gourami in a tank they get territorial mine is super aggressive. angels eat them because they are small . i would suggest on the size of ur tank what about mollies? they are friendly and easy to care for and can't fit in an angels mouth
ahh ok you have the females i only have one male
