Hello!
I am intersted in opening a small to medium resturant. But I'm having tough time on deciding what to opening, just a soup shop, soup and sandwich & salad place, or just go long and do an international buffet resturant. I was first intersted in opening just a small shop named " The Soup Bowl" (get it)
that featured healthy home made style soups. I thought would be intersting and I love soups! But someone says it too boring and limited, so I thought maybe call it " Soups, Sandwiches, Salads" which might be too long name??
Or maybe a coffee shop, but truthfully I'm not a coffe drinker or lover of coffee, but they seem to be profitable.
I know about the faiure rate and hard work I'm no stranger, I work very hard but for someone else for 15 years, have managerial experience to run shop etc.
Just need some help in figuring out what america needs and wants to eat?? I know we need a heathly fast food alternative that taste good, reasonable price.
