what type of restaurant shode I make?

O.K. my mom my granny basikly my intire family says I should go to another country to learn there style of cooking i like basicly any type of food after I come back from whichever country I chose I plan to open a restoront in canada with that style of cooking were do you think I should go?
 
Hamburgers, Pizza, Hot Dogs.... Idk I really enjoy Italian, Japaneese, and my favorite is probably Chineese... Make whatever you like and are best at. Hope this helps =D
 
I like in Canada, and where I live there is only one single greek restaraunt, and its a greek/italian restaraunt. I've always wanted to try greek food at a restaraunt since all I've had is greek salad. Maybe thats a good idea?
