what type of rear brakes/pads do I need for my Honda element EX 2003?

I need to change my pads, but the problem is that when I look on line for the one that are convenient for my car there are like three choices?
is there any one who can tell me what is the name for the original ones?
I asked the dealer but they are asking for $230 for the labor. that s too much.I just wanna thank everybody for your help.
