What type of proteins would you find in abundance in fish that you wouldn't in crabs?

This pertains to gel electrophoresis. If you ran a sample, what proteins would you find common in the fish that wouldn't be common in the crab and what would this mean as far as banding patterns? Any help is better than none. Thanks.
