bureau? My car has been in for repairs since before Thanksgiving 2008. They know it will be covered by warranty but the warranty will not pay for anything extra, so they are suppose to tear the engine apart to find out exactly what is wrong with the car. We have agreed to pay to have the engine torn down at $50/hr. So far they have not even taken the car into the shop to determine what is wrong, and meanwhile, we go without a vehicle getting rides, taking cabs or walking in the cold and snow to anywhere we need to go, including to work in the middle of the night. I was just trying to see if I have any recourse. A little more information that you may need is: this repair shop is the only shop in a small town (not minuscule size but not a larger town either). Your help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated because the car does not start at all so in order to take it elsewhere it would have to be towed
