What type of paint should I use?

I am painting the inside walls (cinder block) of the milk house of my barn (dairy farm). The cinder block walls currently have an oil based paint on them and it is quite damp inside the milk house. Could you recommend a paint to use?? All that is available nowadays is latex paint. Please help..... Thanks.....
 
Oil paint is still available in most places. Just ask the people at the store. Hardware stores should have oil based. But it you wanna switch to latex paint, you have to prime first.
