I wonder if you considered reading your textbook or searching online for the 3 seconds it would take to find the answer.

It is not a star cluster (open or globular).
It is not a spiral galaxy (early or late).
It is not an elliptical galaxy.

It is not just an emission nebula, it also has some reflection nebula components.
