what type of motorized bike can i ride at age 12?

im freaking obsessed with dirt bikes, pocket bikes, and motorcycles. i just want something i can ride to places on the road or side walk i dont care. but everything seems to need a license! im about to like explode. and NO FREAKING ELECTRIC BIKES. ew. im not an old person. and im not rich either.. yea i know this question sucks but i need an anwer!! please!! ahh!!
 
here's what you CAN ride that is motorized--sometimes people will put small motors, such as lawnmower motors, onto a beach cruzer. they don't go as fast as a scooter or a moped but they're still fun and they're legally still bikes and are treated as such, just make sure you still wear a helmet. at least here in california you need to be 16 to not wear a helmet but kids will be kids. check out craigslist.org and see if someone is selling one for a reasonable price =)
 
You are not of any legal age to ride any motorized vehicles (gas or electric) on the public roads or sidewalks. Its illegal to ride any bike (motorized or not) on public sidewalks.

Legally, you can only ride dirt motorbikes in designated park areas and on your own private property (no license needed).

Other than that, you have to be 16 at minimum to get your license in order to ride a motorcycle legally on public roads.
