What type of motor should I be looking for an electric bike conversion?

I've taken up the project of converting my bike into an electric one. But, unfortunately I'm not completely familiar with the voltage and watt hours of motors, and I wanted to double check with others before purchasing.

-My bike is an Octane 24 Diamondback that weighs about 30 pounds if I am correct.
-I weigh about 120 pounds (Don't worry, this bike is about 4 years old and I'm 14 as of now and
since it's such an old one I thought about converting it).
-So roughly 150 pounds all together.

With this weight in mind, I wasn't sure what to purchase.

-I'm not going to be traveling very far with this bike. Maybe 10-15 miles at the most, but often way less than that on most days.
-Yet I don't want to get in the process of having to charge it so constantly (If that has anything to do
with the motor, seems more battery wise).
-I would like to travel at a nice pace. Not slow or too fast but medium.
-Also I would be riding this bike up and down many small hills because of the roads and terrain in
my community.

So this is mainly all the info I think is needed for this assessment of my situation.
Please, help me out. I would like to have this project finished soon because of the changing seasons.

Also, if you have any other info or tips on this conversion it would be a great help and I would greatly, greatly appreciate it.

Thanks you!
