I have always wanted to do martial arts, I have asked around, but many of them turn out to be not very true, but some are. What are some martial arts besides karate that will not:
*Will not Build too much muscle,( My job I have doesnt want us to change that much, but they want us to keep our skinny body.)
* Be used in variety situations ( can be a weapon martial arts,)
* Anything smooth and graceful like dancing.
Other information is
Is it fun?
Was it hard to do, what level was it to a begginer?
How did it change your life?
Was it easy? and what do you like about it?
Thank you for your time to read this, it means alot!
Thank you!

Like dancing?
I think either Kung Fu or TKD might be good.
Some Chinese martial arts were at first created for war purpose but it was also used to entertain the royals and the emperor back in the days and even today. For martial arts in India, some were passed on in secrecy in form of dance and that was also used to disguise themselves so it can be used as assassination as well(I think it's in one of the styles in Silat). A lot of stunt double in action movies usually does either TKD or Kung Fu(especially) from what I've heard.

Aikido sounds like exactly what you're looking for. It does not require extreme body workouts. Aikido teaches you how to disarm an opponent and defend yourself without causing any harm. It is definitely a smooth and graceful art. I took it for 2 years and it was fun to learn. It wasn't too hard and it wasn't too easy either. I've never experienced anything that required me to use it in real life so I can't really answer that question. Good luck!
