I have a 55 gallon tank with some fish and being that I know nothing about fish tanks I have no idea what lighting to use. Of course the tank has a light that already goes with it but my question is what lighting can I and should I use to make it look vibrant. I thiught a black light but after doing some research found a black light isn't the best or smartest. As of right now I have no plants and it's not a salt water tank it's just reg water. I'm hoping to get some live plants at a later time.
So I guess my real question is what light can I use to kind of give it somewhat the same effect? UV possibly? I don't know lol.
