I just have a bench, some dumbells and a standard weight bar that I'm putting in a spare bedroom. The carpet is pretty dirty and I wanted to know what would be a good alternative for the flooring. I thought of plastic floor mats and remnant carpet. But what do you think would be the cheapest?
