What type of fish should i buy ?

I am a little over the boring Goldfish... and have tried an Axelotal ( mexican walking fish ) ... and have also tried fighting fish.
What sort of fish could i buy from my local pet store that:
- Doesnt require tropical temperatures
- Doesnt require expensive feed
- Isnt to expensive itself

I already have a tank, gravel, blood worms, fish food and fake plants & rocks.

So any ideas on the perfect fish ??

How big is your tank? Cichlids are cool

The type of fish depends on the size of your tank.

The only coldwater fish commonly sold in pet stores are goldfish. If you want another type of fish I suggest you invest in an aquarium heater.

i say you should get Gold fishes(i heard that it's brings good luck and it actually works!)

tanks size would be nice you could try danios but all fish except for goldfish are healthier in higher tempatures I mean heaters are only like 10-20 bucks also they msut have a min. of 10 gallons
