what type of fish is this?

I thought it was called a pirana or something like that.

here is something to describe it.

~was in finding nemo
~it has VERY sharp teeth
~It has this thing that hangs over its head and it lights up
~it kinda has its bottom lip hanging out.


if you know this fish please tell me what it is and send a pic.
