So, I'm 12 and I'm a fatty. Though I dont plan on being super skinny because I'm big boned but I want to know what type of exercises I can do that don't require me to go outside In the snow... I walk to school alot but I always ride the bus back unless it's 5:30 bus I'll walk. So on top of walking my dog and such things what excercises could I do to help? I don't have any exercise equipment at my house besides some dumbbells. At my grandmas house I use the olyptical alot. (I wanna turn my fat rolls into abs if possible?)
