I feel completely stupid for being unable to attain the knowledge of what type of bike to get on on my own....but...what can do you do?
So I'm overweight, unhealthy and want to get fit.....gonna ride a bike to work and back 3 days a week....8 miles one day and back so 16 miles a day.
What type of bike do I need for that? I'm 6 foot 220lbs medium build and chubby but not FAT FAT.
What kind of bike do I need? I live in the south so where would I buy it?
