What type of amp should I get for one 15" 1000w RMS Kicker L7 dual 2 ohm subwoofer?

What would be a good brand amp and/or RMS wattage to go with this sub that will be in a ported box?
What would be a good brand amp and/or RMS wattage to go with this sub?
I'm currently looking at a Hifonics HFi1500 Mono 1500 Watt 1-Ohm Stable Amplifier (HFI 1500)
RMS Power Rating:
1 Ohms: 1500 Watts x 1 Channel
2 Ohms: 1000 Watts x 1 Channel
4 Ohms: 500 Watts x 1 Channel
PEAK Power Handling:
1 Ohms: 3000 Watts x 1 Channel
So what would be the best wiring config if this would work?
