what type of amp or amps would be best to power 2 ROCKFORD FOSGATE PUNCH P3D412

12" SUBWOOFERS and 4 speakers? i want to know what would be the best way to power the 4 speakers and the 2 subs.
would a 2ch amp for the subs and another for the speakers be better than a 5ch amp with everything together?
i just need some advice. :) thanks
