What type of amp do I need for 2 10'' kicker subs?

I need to know what type of amp I need for my subs. I just bought them and I'm new to all this stuff. They are 2 Kicker - Comp 10" Single-Voice-Coil 4-Ohm Subwoofers. They each handle 300wt peak and 150wt rms. I want to know the best wattage amp and brand for the best sound quality. I'm looking to spend around $200-$250 at the most.
