Me and a friend are planning to travel from Alaska to Washington and want to feel safe when we are heading down there. We're both going to be sophomores and we are arguing on which truck is better and it's both pissing each of us off. We need your people's opinion.
Ford F150 would be my first choice. My brother had one for a couple of years and it was a very nice truck. Ride is very quiet and controlled. Seats were comfortable.
Dodge Ram 1500 is also a nice truck. The 2009 model is all new and is much improved from the previous generation.
You just need to drive each one and pick the one you like better.
I like Ford better. We don't have Dodge to try here, but if compared to Chevy, Ford fairs much better. Ford Ranger is one the most popular brands here in Malaysia.
