what transmission will fit my dodge truck?

I have a 1975 dodge w100 4x4 with a 318 v8 and a 3 speed automatic. i want to get a 4 speed tranny. i want another automatic, gear ratio is 3:55 if it matters
 
i have the same problem with my old dodge i havent found a 4 speed yet. look for a truck or transmission that is 4 speed from either the same year or try to get one off any small block from around that year. they should pretty much be interchangeable. the only thing you couldnt do is put a big block tranny on a small block.
