What topic would you discuss with your U.S. Congressman?

Also the reason i'm asking this question is because I'm writing an essay on it and if it is good enough then i will actually get to discuss it with my congressman.
If you had five minutes with your U.S. Congressman what topic would you discuss, and what points would you convey about this topic?
