What to wear to my dance (Themed)?

Okay so I'm going to a dance in about a week and the group that you come with is supposed to come in a theme. I liked Red carpet && my friend like summer...I came up with Hawaiian but I'm not so into it anymore it seems like a been-their done-that kinda thing. Any ideas? I'm hoping it will be with stuff we will all have around the house spending a maximum of $5. Thanks xx
btw I'm 13, almost 14.
I want it to stand out.
&& I want it to be original :)
A category is fine too (Flowers as vrs. Tulips)
Also you have to impress my friend to so make it something a lot of people would like :) Peace out ♥♥
