What to wear to boot camp graduation in october?

My boyfriend is graduating from parris island in the beginning of october. From girls and guys who have been there before and from people who have been there around that time, what do you think I should wear. I mean my boyfriend hasnt seen me in 13 WEEKS.. He said he wants me to wear something rememberable and to wear I can glow from the parade deck.. I have no idea what to wear..
 
I will tell you what NOT to wear: nothing slit up to the thigh or cut down to the navel. you need to look NICE, not slutty. how YOU look reflects on HIM.
