What to wear to an outdoor wedding in June that's going to be in Memphis, Tenneesse?

The bride is telling everyone to wear capri pants or a sundress because it's going to be hot. The wedding is at 6 in the evening. What should I wear? I was thinking about wearing a white blouse with a gray pair of dress pants, a white blouse with a gray skirt, or a nice light blue blouse with black pants. Which one sounds nice all going to be worn with heel sandals.
