what to use for acne when pro active dont work

Go see a dermatologist and see if he can give you something. I personally am on differin which is a retinoid
 
Ive been using proactic now for about 4 years and it was working wonders. Recently I have been breaking out more than usual. When I had this same problem about 13 years ago I started taking orthotricyclene and it helped a great deal. Visited my dermatologist and she prescribed the pill and retin A so Im hoping this will do the trick. I suggest visiting a derm to see what they can do....good luck!
 
Go see a dermatlogist... you obviously need something a little bit stronger like Roaccutane. But if you want an alternative that doesn't have side effects see a laser dermatologist. I used Roaccutane but it dried up my skin like you wouldn't believe.

I ended up seeing Dr Scheibner (a laser dermatologist) who has helped me greatly. Perhaps that could be right for you too?
