What to paint Dining and Living rooms?

I like the mustard looking color for my dining room.But i would like some ideas. when you walk in my front door u see a wall and to the right my dining room and left my living room. My floors are hard wood that's on the darker side,and the walls are paneling. In my living room i have a fire place with a fake brick wall behind it.Every other room color in my house is on the green side so i want diff. My kitchen is red.And all the trim will be white. THANKS
