I am looking to buy a bicycle, i am a kid, 17 years old, who has gained a little bit of excess poundage. I just want a bike, that I can use comfortably to do low impact cardiovascular training, I would look to just go for 30 minute rides every day around my area. What do i need for this? Full suspension, front suspension, I have NO idea... and also, I am looking to get one, with at least dual disc brakes, for approximately £150. I am 5ft 11, so im assuming an adult bike, like 26" would suffice? Please provide LOTS of detail!! Thank you!
