I am interested in becoming proficient at developing website applications using ASP.NET. However, a few aspects are confusing me, and I'd like some clarification if possible:
1. What prior knowledge is necessary before beginning ASP.NET development
2. What is the difference between ASP & ASP.NET
3. Once I learn everything there is to know about the prerequisites and ASP.NET will I really be able to build advanced websites like they do on myspace.com (with some experience of course!
).
4. How long would all of this take?
