I am very lost on how to compose a letter of request for early termination of my probation. I was sentenced to 18 month in prison and 3 years parole and then a final 3 years of probation. I served my 18 months in prison with one minor ticket, served my 3 years parole with no problems, and I have served 1 1/2 years or so of my probation with no problems. I was sentenced on a felony forgery case and would like to get off paper so me and my family can follow our dreams of moving and our business. If anyone can help I would appreciate it greatly.
