Hi. Id like advice from any mum, but in particular from mums in a similar positions as me. I have a 1 year old daughter, I work full time and dont have time to cook. Can I please have some ideas of what to feed a one year old, I want to give her healthy food choices and a good variety. At the moment for breakfast she has 1/2 a weetbix, 1/2 banana and 2 toast crusts. Lunch I have been giving her half a jar of baby food (more towards the Stage II meals not the puree ones) a wedge of soft cheese or a yoghurt and some fruit like grapes or peach. Dinner is the left over baby food and some fruit, maybe a biscuit or some pita bread which she loves. She seems to be a bit over the jarred baby food, I feel she wants something else as she gets sick of it quickly and doesnt eat it all and starts smacking the spoon when I try to feed her. What do you feed your one year old if you dont really cook or if anyone else can give some ideas that would be great. She is a bit picky so a range of ideas to try would be fantastic.
