What to expect at sports physical?

I'm 13 years old going for a sports physical/regular one (not sure..) and I haven't had one for a few years (since i got my tetanus booster at age 11) and I'm nervous. What should I expect?
ohh and do you get a blood test?!
I usually don't get one when I went for my annual physical .. would i get one now?
