What to eat and how to exercise.?

I need to lose about 15 pounds, no time limit, and want to keep it off. I am female, 5'9 and weigh 137 right now, but it does not look good on me and I feel terrible. I need some advice on what to eat, and how I can exercise in 100 degree florida weather for the next coupe of weeks until I can get back to my gym when I start school (still in florida). Today I have eaten:

2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, a couple of small pieces of watermelon and pineapple with a few red grapes, glass of tropicana orange juice.

Tonight we have to go for dinner and it's a steak restaurant so I'm going to have a small filet (6oz) with spinach/other vegetables.
