What to do with puberty mood swings?

I seriously thought that mood swings were a rare characteristic of puberty but gosh! now that I am experiencing them, its terrible! I've been yelling at my dad and crying without difficulty. If you are outh there having passed this rollercoaster phase, what would you advise I do to!?
