What to do with Large pimples!?

Ok, ok, i admit, i am one of the lucky ones and was blessed with my mother's skin...i never had huge breakouts or anything...

when i DO get a pimple though, its always HUGE, and doesnt go away for a LONG time. Now since i dont get them very often, i dont know how to deal with them, and usually pop them cause they are gross.

ANyways, i have this giant one on my face, and tried to pop it (its all white at the top...) but it REFUSES to pop..and now its BRIGHT red, and looks atrocious!?

How the heck do i avoid this? What do you guys do?
 
Haha, I'm sure you've heard it many times, but I use toothpaste. Not the regular kind, but the crest whitening toothpaste. Apparently you're not supposed to use that, but I do and it dries up my big pimples overnight!
 
Snix, if the pimple is really large.
You gonna have to use an anti biotic.
You got to get it prescribed from a derm.
The best one i'v tried for acne is doxycycline.
Get 100 MG per capsule and take one a day.
This will clear you.
