I ordered a CPU from the Computer Planet (http://www.computerplanet.co.uk) on 30th May but I haven't received it yet. I sent them emails so many times, but they have the same answer all the time "we'll try to make it quick". its been 17 days and now I am worried that I will loose my £420. In my last email to them on Tuesday, I even mentioned that i will claim back my money if i dont receive it by this week. But they dont seems to be bothered about that. Is there any way I can claim my money back? I have paid by my debit card.
