What to do if bacterial culture is exposed to a wound on my hand?

I am doing a research on isolation of bacteria from termite gut. While I was doing a transfer from liquid culture into new medium using syringe, I accidentally poked myself with the sharp end. It causes me to bleed.. Please advice me on what to do. Thank you.
