What to do (don't know where im going to school)?

So my mom, my parents are divorced, wants me to move highschools. i said no and so my dad took her back to court so i could stay in the same school. by the way i am 16. the courts decision has already been made but the judge hasnt signed off on it. My school starts tomorrow and im not aloud to go til i hear something from the courts. im really starting to get worried.

what should i do??
